Beyoncé Leads the 2025 Grammy Nominations

by · VULTURE

There’s no better way to distract ourselves from Tuesday’s news than diving headfirst into 2025 Grammy nominations. Right? Right?! The Recording Academy seems to have booked a dance party with Beyoncé. She scored 11 nominations for Cowboy Carter, becoming the most nominated artist in Grammy history. In addition to Record of the Year and Album of the Year, she secured nominations in the country and Americana genres. Brat Summer also infected the nominations: Charli XCX is the second-most-nominated artist this year with seven nods, tying with Grammy favorites Billie Eilish and Kendrick Lamar and Grammy hopeful Post Malone. The girlie pops are in the race: Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and Taylor Swift earned six nominations each, with Roan represented in all Big Four categories.
