Kate Bush is about ready to wake the witch. The singer, in a rare October 24 interview, told the BBC that she is planning to make new music. Bush doesn’t really like to leave her house or be perceived, so this is kind of a big deal. The interview concerned a new animated short, Little Shrew, set to Bush’s song “Snowflake,” off 50 Words for Snow, aiming to raise money for kids affected by war. When asked about new potential music, Bush confirmed that she’s ready to write. “I’m very keen to start working on a new album when I’ve got this finished,” she said. “I’ve got lots of ideas, and I’m really looking forward to getting back into that creative space.
