Watch the Artemis II Crew Return to Earth

by · VULTURE

The Artemis II crew is preparing for their descent back to Earth, and you can watch them return to the realities of regular life, like expensive gas and traffic. It’s not every day you have to catch a floating Nutella jar from your moon mission. CBS News is airing a special report on Friday, April 10, to welcome the astronauts home. Hosted by Jericka Duncan, Artemis II Return to Earth will be a live one-hour special premiering at 7:30 p.m. ET. Special correspondents include astronaut Suni Williams and Lieutenant Colonel Dave Mahan in New York; CBS News’ Mark Strassmann and Bill Harwood in Houston; astronaut Nick Hague in Washington, D.C.; and CBS News’ Carter Evans in San Diego, where the Artemis II crew will land in the Pacific Ocean.

For East Coast fans of Sheriff Country, Fire Country, and Boston Blue, start times for new episodes will be pushed up by 30 minutes, with the procedural block now starting at 8:30 p.m. to accommodate the special.
