There’s an Oasis Coming to Sin City

Don’t put away your Adidas tracksuit just yet; Oasis is coming back for seconds. Today the Gallagher brothers announced their second tour, Oasis Live ’27, with 38 dates across the U.K., Ireland, Europe, and the U.S. Two years after their comeback tour, Oasis is playing cities they missed in the first round — with the exception of their hometown of Manchester, which they’ll be playing 11 shows in. Their Paris stop also marks the first time the brothers will return together to the city, which is where they got into the infamous 2009 fight that broke up the band for 15 years. For two U.S. stops, Oasis is coming to Boston and Las Vegas, both places Liam Gallagher says they intended to bring their tour to the first time around.

There’s never been a better time to be a nostalgic Oasis fan. Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger, a documentary that premiered in Venice this month, became one of the festival’s most beloved tearjerkers. It’s enough to hold you over before the tour starts, in case you want to get in some practice rounds of crying to “Wonderwall.”
