Shin Min Ah to star in suspense film “Eyes” marking screen comeback after marriage

Shin Min Ah is set to return to theaters this summer with a new thriller film following her marriage.

Her upcoming movie, ‘Eyes’, has confirmed its release date for June 24.

The film is a suspense thriller that follows Seojin, a woman gradually losing her eyesight due to a genetic disorder, who becomes entangled in the mystery surrounding the death of her twin sister and eventually confronts a shocking truth.

In the film, Shin Min Ah takes on a challenging dual role, portraying both Seojin, a photographer investigating her twin sister’s death while losing her sight, and Seoin, the twin sister who overcame visual impairment to become a successful ceramic artist before her mysterious death. Her performance is expected to highlight both emotional depth and physical transformation as she depicts a character gradually losing vision.

The film also draws additional public interest as it marks one of Shin Min Ah’s major screen returns following her private wedding ceremony with actor Kim Woo Bin in December last year at Seoul’s Shilla Hotel.
