TREASURE's 'NEW WAV' sells over 592,000 copies on day one, topping the daily album chart

TREASURE opened their latest comeback with strong first-day numbers, selling 592,158 copies of 'NEW WAV' on its release date.

According to Hanteo Chart, the group's fourth mini album moved 592,158 copies between midnight and midnight KST on June 1, placing first on that day's daily physical album ranking. The album had already surpassed 1 million pre-orders ahead of release.

'NEW WAV' is TREASURE's first project built entirely on hip-hop, led by the title track "IF I" and rounded out by "ZOOM ZOOM," "NALLY-NA," and "DANGER." Members Choi Hyun Suk, Yoshi, and Haruto took part in the songwriting.

The release follows the trailer for "IF I," which drew more than 11 million YouTube views ahead of the comeback. TREASURE will support the album with their third fan concert tour, 'THE STAGE 2026.'
