Lee Jae Wook to Enlist in Military on May 18 as Active-Duty Army Soldier

On May 4, his agency Log Studio announced, “Lee Jae Wook will enlist as an active-duty soldier in the Army on May 18. He will enter a training center that day and faithfully fulfill his duty of national defense.”
Despite his enlistment, audiences will still be able to see him in several upcoming projects. He appears in the new ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Doctor on the Edge,' which premieres on June 1, where he plays public health doctor Do Ji Eui.
He is also set to appear in an upcoming Netflix series. Filming has been completed for the mystery horror project 'Dead-End Job,' set in a staffing agency, co-starring Go Min Si, Kim Min Ha, and Lee Hee Joon.
Lee Jae Wook made his debut in 2018 with the drama 'Memories of the Alhambra.' He has since taken on leading roles in projects such as 'Extraordinary You' and the 'Alchemy of Souls' series.
