MEOVV breaks their personal record in first-week sales with ‘BITE NOW’

THEBLACKLABEL girl group MEOVV has set a personal record as they wrap up the first-week sales for their latest album.

According to Hanteo Chart data, MEOVV’s mini-album ‘BITE NOW’ sold 278,xxx copies during its first week of release. This sets a new personal record for the group, outselling the first-week sales of their debut mini-album, ‘MY EYES OPEN VVIDE,’ which sold around 255,000 units.

‘BITE NOW’ marks MEOVV’s second mini-album and consists of five songs: “Hit ‘Em,” “DDI RO RI,” “In my hands,” “Favorite song,” and “Revenge.”

Notably, the title track “DDI RO RI” was co-written by MEOVV members NARIN, ELLA, and GAWON alongside THEBLACKLABEL founder TEDDY with Kaine, lil aaron, KUSH, Vince, Dominsuk, Zikai, and DCF, and writer-producers 24 and Dominsuk. NARIN, ELLA, and GAWON also co-wrote “In My Hands,” while NARIN and GAWON co-wrote “Favorite Song” and “Revenge.”

'BITE NOW' offers a full-fledged expansion of the vision MEOVV unveiled on their first mini-album 'MY EYES OPEN VVIDE,' a sonic coming-of-age story that traced the quintet’s journey as they opened their eyes to the world, broke down boundaries, and began actualizing their dreams.
