Actress Shin Min Ah shared her thoughts on taking on dual roles in the upcoming suspense thriller 'The Eyes.'

On June 15, a press conference for the film was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul, attended by Shin Min Ah, Kim Nam Hee, and director Yeom Ji Ho.

During the event, Shin Min Ah spoke about portraying twin sisters Seo Jin and Seo In.

"Although they look alike, I saw them as completely different people because they have different personalities and pursue different things," she explained.

"Seo Jin is an artist who carries a sense of emotional emptiness while feeling both responsible for and admiring Seo In. Seo In is also deeply obsessed with art, but she worries about becoming a burden to her sister. Their emotional journeys were clearly distinct, so I approached them as entirely separate characters."

Shin Min Ah also shared her reaction to seeing both characters appear together on screen.

"I was curious about what it would feel like to see both of my faces in the same frame," she said. "When I watched the film, it felt fascinating. Because the characters were developed so differently, they truly looked like two separate people."

'The Eyes' follows Seo Jin, who is gradually losing her eyesight due to a hereditary disease, as she investigates the suspicious circumstances surrounding her twin sister's death and comes face-to-face with the truth. The film is set to premiere on June 24.
