Director Yeon Sang Ho’s ‘Colony’ Unveils Another Intense Poster Teasing Mysterious Infection Crisis

The film 'Colony' (directed by Yeon Sang Ho) has previewed its powerful ensemble cast.

On May 13, Showbox unveiled the official poster for 'Colony.' Lead actors Jun Ji Hyun, Koo Kyo Hwan, Ji Chang Wook, Shin Hyun Been, Kim Shin Rok, and Go Soo were captured together in a single frame.

The poster conveys a wide range of emotions, including desperation to survive, determination to uncover the truth behind the incident, and an air of mystery surrounding the characters.

The sticky, slime-like substance positioned among the characters heightens curiosity about the infection outbreak. Its organic connection to each character also raises anticipation for the film’s ensemble dynamic.

The distributor stated, “Please look forward to the fierce confrontations and suspense that unfold between the protagonists of Colony and the infected amid extreme circumstances.”

Meanwhile, 'Colony' has been officially invited to the 79th Cannes Film Festival. The film will make its world premiere in the Midnight Screenings section.
