UNIS teases their first Japanese EP 'UNI☆Sparkle!'

UNIS continues to tease their upcoming Japanese mini-album 'UNI☆Sparkle!'.

On July 16, the eight-member girl group took to their official Japanese social media accounts to post the first group concept photo, release schedule, music video teaser, and tracklist poster. According to the promotion scheduler, they will next unveil individual concept photos of the members, the music video, and a dance practice video before the project officially drops on the 31st.

In the first group concept photo, Hyeonju, Nana, Gehlee, Kotoko, Yunha, Elisia, Yoona, and Seowon are seen by the beach, lining up side-by-side on the sand with lovely facial expressions, exuding a dreamy vibe.

The music video teaser exudes a bright, summery atmosphere, with the members seen riding bicycles by the beach. The last few seconds feature the girls spending time together inside a bus, looking out at the scenery.

The project will feature five tracks: "GimmeSummer☆," "BBYBBY," "Moshi Moshi," "mwah..." and "SWICY (Japanese Ver.)." They are set to pre-release the single "GimmeSummer☆ (JP Ver.)" on the 17th.

'UNI☆Sparkle!' marks their first Japanese mini-album, arriving just over two years after their debut in March 2024 with the mini-album 'WE UNIS.'
