Former Big Bang member T.O.P returned to the spotlight with a special collaboration video featuring actress and performer Nana, marking a new chapter in his career ahead of his comeback.

On April 28, T.O.P uploaded a video titled 'One time YouTuber T.O.P with NANA' to his official YouTube channel. In the video, Nana who previously appeared in the music video for his track “Crazy (Studio54)” joins him for an ASMR style mukbang session while discussing his new release.

The two appeared in coordinated sporty outfits styled in black and white tones as they sat across from each other at a table filled with food including spicy carbo buldak noodles and sesame sticks. T.O.P wearing goggles pushed up on his head maintained a calm expression while Nana drew attention with her bold orange bob hairstyle.

During the video they quietly watched T.O.P’s new music video together. At one point when Nana’s dance scene appeared on screen she stood up and performed the choreography without saying anything, prompting a subtle smile from T.O.P which highlighted their unusual but intriguing chemistry.

Later in the video, Nana asked why she was chosen for the music video. T.O.P explained that from the beginning of the song’s creation, he had envisioned a mysterious female character who felt timeless and difficult to define. He described the role as someone with both classic beauty and an intense, almost crazy energy that matched the song’s title.

He added that in his view, she was the perfect fit. The video also gained attention for the quite awkward yet charming dynamic between the two as T.O.P often smiled at Nana’s unexpected behavior.

Meanwhile, T.O.P’s first solo full-length album 'ANOTHER DIMENSION' released on April 8 marks his first major release in three years since leaving Big Bang in 2023 and his first solo music in approximately 13 years since the digital single “DOOM DADA” in 2013.

Debuting in 2006 as a member of Big Bang, T.O.P. built a career in both music and acting. However, he paused his activities following a marijuana related controversy in 2017 and announced his retirement from the entertainment industry. He has since begun returning to public life, including an appearance in 'Squid Game Season 2,' and has also addressed past controversies in recent interviews.
