CLOSE YOUR EYES selected as the sixth featured artist for Billboard Korea's 'Billboard Artist' project

Rookie boy group CLOSE YOUR EYES has been announced as the sixth featured artist for Billboard Korea's prestigious 'Billboard Artist' project.

According to reports on July 2, CLOSE YOUR EYES joins an impressive lineup of previous artists, including NewJeans, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, PLAVE, ATEEZ, and Charlie Puth. The project aims to spotlight artists who possess significant musicality and influence.

The collaboration will kick off with a special photoshoot that captures the group's youthful energy against the backdrop of a blue sea and a stunning summer landscape. In the photos, the members showcase a refreshing and boyish charm, dressed in school uniforms and crisp white outfits, creating a cinematic feel.

Following the pictorial, Billboard Korea plans to release a variety of additional content, including short-form videos and a pop-up store, to further highlight the group's unique color and appeal.

The selection comes on the heels of significant achievements for the group. Last month, CLOSE YOUR EYES won the Rookie Award at the '35th Seoul Music Awards,' setting a record for the most rookie awards received by a male idol group that debuted in 2025.

Meanwhile, CLOSE YOUR EYES is scheduled to meet with global fans at 'ACON 2026' at the NTSU Arena in Taipei on July 25 and is also planning a North American tour set to begin in October.
