MODYSSEY to make official debut with "HOOK" after survival auditions

Rookie boy group MODYSSEY is officially set to debut after proving its skills and teamwork through two competitive audition programs.

MODYSSEY released its debut single ‘1. Got Hooked: An Addictive Symphony’ on April 13 at 6 p.m. KST, marking the start of its official activities. The group was formed with top members who advanced through the audition programs ‘Boys II Planet’ and ‘Planet C: Home Race.’

The title track “HOOK” features production by 3RACHA, known as the producing unit of Stray Kids. The collaboration is expected to combine 3RACHA’s signature energetic sound with MODYSSEY’s distinct team identity, resulting in a highly engaging melody and powerful performance.

Even before debut, MODYSSEY built a strong narrative through its reality variety show ‘SAY SAY MODYSSEY,’ where the members showcased their off stage personalities and solid teamwork. The members shared their confidence ahead of debut, saying, “We’re not afraid as long as we’re together. We want to show how much we’re capable of.”

Their agency Oneside stated, “Having strengthened their skills and potential through two rounds of auditions, the group will demonstrate the results of their growth through this debut album with MODYSSEY’s own energy.”

Oneside is a joint venture established by CJ ENM, JYP China, and Tencent Music Entertainment. With full support from these partners, MODYSSEY is also set to appear at the global event KCON JAPAN 2026 shortly after debut, accelerating its international activities.
