Park Bo Gum's agency announces legal action results against malicious commenters

The agency confirmed that some perpetrators have received fines, while others have been referred to the prosecution.
In an official statement released on June 23, 2026, The Black Label said it has consistently pursued legal action based on fan reports and its own monitoring efforts. These actions targeted the spread of false information, defamation, and malicious insults directed at Park Bo Gum.
As a result of these legal proceedings, some individuals responsible for writing and distributing malicious posts against Park Bo Gum were sentenced to a fine of ₩2 million. Additionally, other offenders were found guilty during police investigations and subsequently forwarded to the prosecution.
The Black Label emphasized its commitment to continuing strong legal action against any future illegal acts, including malicious rumors, insults, defamation, and the dissemination of false information concerning its artists. The agency also stated its intention to keep fans updated on the progress and outcomes of these cases.
Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum is preparing for his upcoming film, 'Mongyudowondo', where he will portray the character of Anpyeongdaegun. The film is set to explore the story of two brothers with different ideals, centered around the Joseon Dynasty masterpiece 'Mongyudowondo'.
