RESCENE's remake of KARA's 'Pretty Girl' storms Melon's Top 10 just hours after release

Rookie girl group RESCENE is climbing the charts, with their new remake single 'Pretty Girl' making a strong debut on domestic music charts.

Released on July 8 at 6 p.m. KST, the track — a reinterpretation of KARA's 2008 hit — moved fast. According to reports on July 8, 'Pretty Girl' entered Melon's chart at number 22 one hour after release.

The song kept climbing, jumping to number 12 by 8 p.m. KST. By 9 p.m. KST, 'Pretty Girl' broke into the Top 10 at number 10.

The chart run follows the resurgence of their debut song 'LOVE ATTACK,' adding to RESCENE's digital momentum.

The remake single was released under their agency, THE MUZE Entertainment.
