Hwasa’s latest release, “Good Goodbye,” is on a remarkable streak, completely dominating South Korea’s music charts and setting new records.

According to iChart data released on December 23, “Good Goodbye” has amassed a total of 400 Perfect All-Kills (PAKs) since achieving its first PAK on November 30. A Perfect All-Kill is awarded when a song simultaneously ranks No. 1 on real-time, daily, and weekly charts across all major platforms.

The track has topped every chart on Korea’s six major music streaming services—Melon, Genie, Bugs, YouTube Music, FLO, and Vibe—cementing its status as one of the most successful digital releases of the year.

So far in 2025, only four songs have achieved a PAK on iChart: IVE’s “Rebel Heart,” G-Dragon’s “Too Bad,” HUNTR/X’s “Golden,” and Hwasa’s “Good Goodbye.” Notably, Hwasa is the first solo female artist to reach a PAK this year, and among domestic artists—excluding HUNTR/X—she currently holds the highest cumulative PAK count.

“Good Goodbye” has also made a strong impact on the all-time PAK rankings. With 400 PAKs, the song now sits at No. 5 overall, following HUNTR/X’s “Golden” (1,484), NewJeans’ “Ditto” (655), BTS’ “Dynamite” (610), and IU’s “Celebrity” (462). With its momentum still going strong, further record-breaking achievements are widely anticipated.

The song’s success has been closely linked to a viral resurgence sparked by Hwasa’s performance at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards, where the track gained renewed public attention and chart traction.

Through this performance and her sustained chart dominance, Hwasa has once again proven her broad appeal and star power, reaffirming her position as one of the leading solo queens in the Korean music industry.
