Singer Soyou opened up about her experience losing 20kg after reaching her highest weight.

Soyou responded, “Many people think I lost weight from an already slim body, but I actually hit my highest weight and was shocked, which led me to lose it,” drawing laughter.

she candidly revealed that she once weighed up to 68kg, saying, “When I checked my weight, I thought, ‘this isn’t what a celebrity should be.’ I also naturally have a lot of muscle, so I felt like a ‘muscle chubby’ person,” sharing her struggles.

speaking about her diet process, she added, “as I kept losing weight, I plateaued around 54–55kg. I didn’t want to give up my muscles, but around the time my song ‘PDA’ was released, I had to cover my whole body, and I thought being slimmer would make the outfits look better, so I ended up losing muscle as well.”
