by · allkpop

Fans previously spotted BTS member Suga running in a race in San Francisco between his concert dates. On July 5, a new vlog titled 'Runner SUGA, gets a taste of San Francisco' was uploaded to the BANGTANTV YouTube channel, officially showing exactly what happened that day.

Before starting the 12km race, Suga shared his mindset, saying, "Let's just stick to our own pace." He began with a steady pace of about 5 minutes per kilometer. However, he soon faced a tough challenge during the steep uphill sections. Even while breathing heavily, he kept pushing forward step by step.

Suga successfully finished the race in about 1 hour and 4 minutes. Afterward, he honestly shared his feelings, saying, "When I hit the uphill, I thought, 'Why am I doing this?'" Despite the hard work, he expressed his pride in finishing, adding that he felt much better once it was all over.
