Ha Ji Won shows off youthful ‘MZ Aegyo-Sal’ look on 'Where’s Our Home Today?'

On the December 23 broadcast of JTBC’s 'Where’s Our Home Today?,' actress Ha Ji Won drew attention with her noticeably youthful appearance after trying out trendy MZ-style aegyo-sal makeup.

The episode followed Ha Ji Won, actress Kim Sung Ryung, broadcaster Jang Young Ran, and dancer Gabee as they moved into a new home together. Upon arrival, the four participated in a room assignment game. Placing first, Ha Ji Won chose a small private room. Kim Sung Ryung, who came in second, said, “As long as I have a blanket, I’ll sleep on the sofa. I want to sleep alone,” while Gabee and Jang Young Ran became roommates.

Kim Sung Ryung was the first to wake up at 7 a.m. and jokingly expressed her boredom, waking Jang Young Ran and Gabee. Jang Young Ran complimented her by saying, “You’re pretty even in the morning. I’m so swollen.” Unbothered by appearances, Kim Sung Ryung amused viewers with a hearty breakfast that included misugaru mixed with soy milk and honey, scorched rice water, grapes, and jujubes. Although it was still early, the lively atmosphere eventually woke Ha Ji Won, who smiled as she watched Kim Sung Ryung happily enjoying her meal.

Gabee, the last to wake up, remarked, “I usually don’t eat breakfast,” but still ended up tasting everything Kim Sung Ryung offered. When Kim confidently said, “I’ve never had indigestion in my life,” Jang Young Ran responded, “That’s a real blessing. The more you get to know her, the more charming she is,” highlighting the growing chemistry among the cast.

As same-day deliveries arrived at the new home, the four prepared to head out. Gabee hinted at doing MZ aegyo-sal makeup, prompting Ha Ji Won to eagerly say, “Do mine too.” Asked about her own makeup routine, Ha Ji Won shared, “I usually only do my skin.” Gabee, who received praise for her makeup skills, explained, “I’ve been doing stage makeup since I was young,” while offering tips such as, “You shouldn’t rub the base too much.”

Gabee proceeded to apply MZ-style aegyo-sal makeup to all three members, finishing the looks with soft pink blush for a fresh, youthful effect. Jang Young Ran exclaimed, “We would’ve been in big trouble without Gabee,” while reacting to Ha Ji Won’s enhanced aegyo-sal by saying, “You already had a lot, but now it’s even more noticeable.”
