BTS's J-Hope set for military discharge in two weeks

BTS's J-Hope is nearing the end of his mandatory military service and is set to be discharged on October 17, 2024.

J-Hope was the second BTS member to enlist, following Jin, and enlisted on April 18, 2023. He will be discharged after serving for about 18 months. Ahead of being discharged, J-Hope has been counting down the 30 days on Weverse, expressing his excitement to reunite with BTS and fans in 2025.

The next members set to be discharged are RM and V on June 10, 2025. Jimin and Jungkook are scheduled to be discharged a day later on June 11, 2025, and lastly, Suga on June 21, 2025.

With exactly two weeks left on the calendar for J-Hope's return, fans and netizens have gathered in a popular online community to also express their excitement.
