NCT WISH wraps up sold-out Yoyogi concerts as Japan tour ends on a high note
by Alec06 · allkpopNCT WISH has successfully wrapped up their concert at Tokyo’s National Yoyogi Stadium, further proving their growing popularity in Japan.
Held on January 17 and 18 at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium in Tokyo, ‘NCT WISH 1st CONCERT TOUR ‘INTO THE WISH : Our WISH’’ sold out all seats, including limited view sections. The two shows drew a total of 24,000 attendees, once again showcasing NCT WISH’s strong ticket power.
With this, NCT WISH has completed a fully sold out Japan hall and arena tour spanning 17 shows across nine cities. The tour kicked off in Ishikawa on November 8 and 9, followed by stops in Hiroshima on November 15, Kagawa on November 16, Osaka from November 21 to 23, Hokkaido on November 29, Fukuoka on December 18 and 19, Aichi from December 21 to 23, Hyogo on January 3 and 4, and concluded in Tokyo on January 17 and 18. The sold out run firmly established the group’s presence in the local market.
During the Tokyo concerts, NCT WISH performed songs from their first Japanese mini album ‘WISHLIST,’ released on January 14. Stages for the title track “Hello Mellow” and the B side track “Dreamcatcher” delivered energetic performances and refreshing charm, filling the venue with a hopeful atmosphere and drawing enthusiastic responses from fans.
The group also impressed with Japanese versions of their hit songs, including “poppop,” “Songbird,” and “WISH,” along with “Hands Up” and “We Go.” The setlist was further rounded out with tracks such as “COLOR,” “Surf,” “Melt Inside My Pocket,” and “NASA,” allowing fans to fully experience NCT WISH’s diverse musical colors.
Meanwhile, NCT WISH is set to appear at SMTOWN LIVE 2025-26 in FUKUOKA, which will take place on January 31 and February 1 at the Mizuho PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, continuing their active schedule in Japan.
