BY4M STUDIO acquires AM Entertainment, the management agency of Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah

BY4M STUDIO announced on December 31 that it has acquired AM Entertainment, the management agency representing actors Kim Woo Bin, Shin Min Ah, and Ahn Bo Hyun.

Earlier in May, BY4M STUDIO established ABM Company, a management agency focused on developing rookie actors. With the acquisition of AM Entertainment, the company has expanded its talent portfolio to include both emerging and top tier actors.

BY4M STUDIO has continued to broaden its presence across a wide range of industries, including music, film, drama, live performances, commerce, publishing, and the food and beverage sector.

In a statement, BY4M STUDIO said that the acquisition allows the company to establish an integrated structure connecting content planning, production, investment, distribution, marketing, and talent management, centered on the intellectual property of globally recognized actors such as Kim Woo Bin, Shin Min Ah, and Ahn Bo Hyun.

BY4M STUDIO drew industry attention this year after distributing films including 'The Firefighters,' 'HITMAN2,' 'The Match,' and 'Noise.'
