Chungha shared the behind-the-scenes story of I.O.I’s reunion.

On the broadcast of 'Running Man', Chungha and fellow I.O.I member Jeon Somi appeared as guests and opened up about their comeback.

During the show, host Yoo Jae suk asked how the group managed to reunite after 10 years. Chungha revealed, “I called the members and asked if we were really going to do nothing for our 10th anniversary, and we all agreed right away,” surprising everyone.

The members shared that despite the long hiatus, they quickly regained their chemistry while preparing for the new release. Reflecting on their debut track “Pick Me,” they said performing the choreography again after a decade felt natural, adding that “our muscles remembered it.”

Chungha also teased upcoming music, saying, “We have a new song, but it hasn’t been released yet. A pre-release track made 10 years ago will drop the day after the broadcast, so please check it out.”

The reunion marks a meaningful milestone for I.O.I as they celebrate their 10th anniversary with fans.
