Winter stresses the importance of attending vocal & dance lessons even after debut in 'Cosmopolitan'
by Susan-Han · allkpopaespa's Winter impressed with her diligent mindset as she posed for the October issue of 'Cosmopolitan'.
For this fall pictorial, Winter pulled off stylish and romantic looks in 'Polo Ralph Lauren'. During her interview, the aespa member opened up about her professional ego and her day-to-day ego. "When I'm working, I'm calculating and reasonable. Usually a week before and at least two days before, I plan out my schedule hour by hour, including transit times and what I should be doing. But when I'm not working, I'm totally spontaneous and sentimental. If I'm meeting up with a friend, we don't decide what time to meet or where and just wing it."
Next, Winter stressed the duty of singers to continue honing their art and skills, reflecting, "I never skip out on vocal and dance lessons. I schedule a lot of individual practice sessions as well. Even if it stresses me out, if I notice that I'm lacking in any area, I tell myself that I can't ever be less-than-perfect, that I need to work on it until I've got it perfect." She also added on, "We go on stage on a daily basis, but for someone, it might be the only concert they ever get to go to, right? So I do my best on stage every time, like it's my last performance."
Finally, the idol stated, "I have a lot of ambition, but I don't want to become someone who competes against others to best them. I would rather just compete against myself and see if I can take one more step further. I want to go on believing that 'I'm a better me today than I was yesterday'."
