&TEAM announces new album and encore concerts
by Helena-son · allkpop&TEAM proved how much they have grown by completely selling out the Incheon Inspire Arena on July 5. This venue is much larger than the Seoul stadium they performed at just a year ago. The group has also proven their strong popularity by recently becoming "million sellers" with their Korean debut album.
The 150-minute concert featured a packed setlist of 25 songs. The show was designed like a continuous story about wolf boys, explained through five video clips and amazing stage sets. The group opened with powerful tracks like their Korean debut song "Back to Life", "Lunatic", and "War Cry". Fans were especially thrilled by the group's sharp dancing, including a blindfolded dance break during "Go in Blind" and a fun acting skit before "MISMATCH".
At the end of the show, the members gave fans a huge surprise. They announced they will release their second mini-album, 'Mark On Me', on September 8. The members teased the new music, saying the concept will be very cool rather than cute. They also revealed plans for a Seoul encore concert at the KSPO Dome on October 3 and 4, promising an even hotter performance.
'The BLAZE THE WAY' tour originally started in Kanagawa, Japan, on May 13. &TEAM will continue visiting a total of 11 cities, with upcoming stops in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Chiba, and Singapore through August 22. After their Seoul encore in October, they will wrap up with a final encore show in Saitama, Japan, on October 25 and 26.
