FIFTY FIFTY's First Foray into Acting: 'After-School Exorcism Club' to be Released in May

FIFTY FIFTY is officially challenging themselves with acting for the first time since their debut. The group has been cast as the leads in the short-form drama 'After-School Exorcism Club.'

'After-School Exorcism Club' is a short-form series in the teen occult comedy genre. It tells the story of five high school girls who team up to banish a spirit bound to their school.

The series is based on the storyline universe linked to FIFTY FIFTY’s albums. A key feature of the production is the script, which reflects the unique charms and personalities of each member.

Keena is set to play the role of Na Jin Shim, the "Exorcism Ace." She ranks last in her class academically but possesses the ability to see ghosts. Chanelle Moon plays Wang So Ra, a student athlete. She uses her natural athletic prowess to act as the "shield" of the exorcism club. Yewon transforms into Choi Woo Soo, a perfectionist who ranks #1 in the entire school. Hana plays Geum Jo Yeon, a quirky and lovely member of the school's broadcasting club. And Athena will become Jo A Young, an occult enthusiast and the only daughter of a prominent local family.

The series is directed by Jung Joo, who is well-known for directing music videos such as BTOB’s "The Winter’s Tale," Melomance’s "Greed," and the OST "Heartbeat" for the mobile game BTS World.

'After-School Exorcism Club' is scheduled to be released this May on the platform KITS.
