Disney and G-Dragon’s PEACEMINUSONE launch ‘Toy Story’ collaboration collection across Asia

The Walt Disney Company Korea announced on June 22 that it will launch a special collaboration collection themed around Toy Story in partnership with G-Dragon’s fashion brand, PEACEMINUSONE.

The project marks Disney’s first collaboration with a K-pop artist, in which both parties jointly developed not only the products but also the overall retail experience. The collection was created under the concept “THE FIRST FAN,” inspired by the idea that toys were G-Dragon’s first supporters on his journey toward achieving his dreams.

The collection features artwork combining beloved Toy Story characters such as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie with PEACEMINUSONE’s signature daisy motif.

Approximately 70 products will be released across 10 cities, including Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Shanghai. The lineup ranges from figures and plush toys to fashion and lifestyle items. Tech accessories brand CASETiFY also joined the collaboration, introducing mobile accessories such as phone cases and AirPods cases.

In South Korea, the collection will be available beginning July 1 at a pop-up store in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. The first floor will recreate a childhood bedroom inspired by the collection’s concept, while the second floor will serve as a dedicated shopping space for visitors.
