Na Young Suk PD begins drawing up plans to take Kyuhyun, Lee Soo Geun, & Eun Ji Won on the promised trip to Kenya from 'New Journey To The West'
by Susan-Han · allkpopOn November 27 KST, Na Young Suk PD held a YouTube Live broadcast on his channel with a special guest, Kyuhyun of Super Junior.
On this day, Na PD and Kyuhyun spent time chatting about the singer's 1st full album, 'COLORS', as well as what the idol has been up to lately and what his plans were for 2025.
While discussing plans for 2025, Na Young Suk PD said, "Whatever. Let's just hurry up and go see the giraffes." Hearing this, Kyuhyun remarked, "I totally forgot about that."
Previously in 2019, Kyuhyun won a trip to Kenya on tvN's 'New Journey To The West 7'. His teammates, Lee Soo Geun and Eun Ji Won, were also roped into the trip with him.
Quickly jotting down the Kenya trip on his memo, Na Young Suk PD asked Kyuhyun, "When do you finish your tour?". Kyuhyun answered, "In early April." Na PD then confirmed, "So you'll be available in May?", to which Kyuhyun commented, "I think so. The Super Junior tour... Oh I almost said that out loud."
Afterward, Na Young Suk PD phoned Lee Soo Geun to check his schedule in May of 2025. Hearing Na PD's plans, the comedian pointed out, "You still haven't given up on that? You've been keeping the viewers waiting for 6 years!". However, Lee Soo Geun eventually agreed to the trip after some disgruntlement.
Having secured two out of three cast members(?), Na PD said, "Already, it's May. It's now confirmed. We will go see the giraffes. We will go see something." Pointing to Kyuhyun, he added on, "You've sworn to all of the citizens of the country. Got that?", to which Kyuhyun responded, "I don't think I swore to anything...", causing laughter.
