Fans are expressing confusion as Girl Crush deletes all their videos and rebrands as Straw. On October 8th, 2024, all of Girl Crush’s videos—including their shorts on YouTube and TikTok—were unexpectedly wiped from their channels. Girl Crush originally debuted in 2019 with the digital single "Memories." Their most recent comeback was in July 2024 with the song "Drive" after a one-year hiatus. Since then, the group has been silent on social media, leaving fans in the dark.

On October 8th, Girl Crush uploaded a cryptic video titled “Revenge”, which hinted at a potential comeback or even a movie. However, rather than clarifying their future, the video only deepened fans' concerns about what lies ahead for the group.

Fans wrote:

“Omg! What happened? I hope everything’s okay.” “I don’t understand the concept.” “Has the agency changed, or is it just a name change? Did their contract end?”

Despite the uncertainty, some fans are intrigued by the rebrand, believing it could lead to exciting new possibilities.

Speculation is rife, with many fans drawing comparisons to the girl group Craxy, who also wiped their online presence before rebranding and making a powerful comeback. Could Girl Crush be following a similar path?  Let us know your thoughts in the comments. Do you think Girl Crush is transitioning into acting, or are they gearing up for a dramatic rebranding as Straw?
