BTS’ Jung Kook reveals intense workout routine in new FESTA vlog

BTS member Jung Kook has given fans a closer look at his fitness lifestyle through a new video released as part of '2026 BTS FESTA'.

Recently, Jung Kook unveiled a “Normal Log” episode celebrating BTS’ 13th debut anniversary, offering a glimpse into his real-life workout routine.

Known among fans for his passion for fitness, Jung Kook revealed that he usually begins exercising between 10 PM and midnight.

“This is my daily routine,” he said. “I thought I’d show everyone what my evening workout looks like.”

In the video, Jung Kook warmed up with pull-ups before moving on to a series of upper-body exercises, including lat pulldowns, dips, and chest presses. During the session, he shared that he is currently focused on building muscle again and demonstrated an intense training regimen.

His workout continued with side lateral raises, seated rows, dumbbell shoulder presses, dumbbell curls, forearm exercises, and arm pulldowns, showcasing both his discipline and strength.

One of the highlights of the video was Jung Kook lifting 30-kilogram dumbbells in each hand, drawing admiration from fans for his impressive physical condition.

Throughout the vlog, his defined arm veins, developed chest muscles, and balanced upper-body physique were clearly visible, reflecting years of consistent training.

Jung Kook, who is known to maintain a body fat percentage of under 10 percent, has frequently shared his dedication to exercise through livestreams, dance challenges, and behind-the-scenes content. The latest “Normal Log” once again highlighted the hard work and commitment that have become part of his daily routine.
