Apink's Yoon Bomi announces her marriage to producer Rado!

Apink's Yoon Bomi (32) and producer Rado (given name Song Joo Young, 41) of Black Eyed Pilseung will be getting married, after 9-years of dating.

On December 18 KST, Yoon Bomi greeted fans via her official fan cafe, sharing the good news through a handwritten letter.

She wrote,

"Hello, this is Apink's Yoon Bomi. How should I start this letter? Even now, in this very moment as I am writing, I'm very cautious. I feel apologetic toward my fans, who came across the sudden news through the news reports.

You have always loved me and cheered me on, and I have no doubt that you were all filled with happiness at the news of our comeback for the first time in 3 years, and so I am sorry and also worried that this sudden news will have surprised you, and maybe even disappointed some of you.

Still, I felt that it was only right for me to relay my sincerity in person to my Pandas, whom I cherish dearly, and so I've summoned up the courage to pen this letter word by word.

The 15-years that you have been by my side, remaining unchanging in your pure hearts through all the happy and sad moments, as we made Bomi of Apink who shines on stage together - I never once took those feelings for granted. I know very well that I exist today because of Pandas, and I have always conducted my activities with gratitude for that. Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you.

Because of Pandas, whom I could always look to and depend on, I was able to endure even in moments of hardship and anxiety, and because of your affection and cheers, I was able to grow. Thank you again.

That was how I spent my teens and 20s, and now, as I've turned 33-years old, I've decided to spend the rest of my life with someone who has been by my side in my life for a very long time, someone who has been there through the happiness and the uncertainties.

I didn't know that I would share this decision with you in this way, but I wanted to relay my heartfelt words to my Pandas first, because you are like my close friends whom I've known for years.

As I have always done, I will continue to live with assurance as I heed my responsibilities in my role. I will repay my Pandas with various activities as Apink and as Yoon Bomi.

Thank you. Thank you so much, thank you always."

Both Yoon Bomi and Rado's sides have confirmed that a wedding ceremony will be held in May of 2026.

Meanwhile, Yoon Bomi and Rado went public with their relationship in April of 2024. The Apink member and the producer first met while working on Apink's "Only One", released in 2016.
