When Ranaut wanted financial help, she called Aditya and revealed she wanted Rs 1 crore to buy a house. Pancholi called his banker friend, signed up as her guarantor and helped Kangana get a Rs 50 lakh loan. The actor gave the remaining 55 lakh in cash from his side. The Yess Boss star revealed that Ranaut returned him Rs 25 lakh but is yet to pay him Rs 30 lakh.

In the same interview, Aditya Pancholi called his relationship with the Tanu Weds Manu actress as 'husband and wife'. The actor stated that he was building a house for both of them at Yari Road. Till then, they lived together for three years at a friend's place. Aditya said that the Gangster actress had no money when they met and he saw her on the road for the first time.
