If reports are to be believed, Amitabh Bachchan faced rejection due to his tall height in the initial days of his career. Moviemakers did not give him an opportunity as he is exceptionally tall as compared to other actor. He then tried being a radio jockey. However, Amitabh Bachchan faced two of the major blows over his journey as an actor. He suffered a major injury during the shooting of Coolie. He was bleeding so much that he was declared 'clinically dead'. Thankfully, doctors managed to revive him by giving adrenaline injections. The second blow he suffered was when he almost neared bankruptcy. There was a low phase in Amitabh Bachchan's life when he lost almost everything. His financial status was such that he was about to sell his home Jalsa. However, he got the second chance and managed to bag the film Mohobattein. Kaun Banega Crorepati also came as a saviour for Amitabh Bachchan.
