After the show's popularity, it was speculated that Urfi’s sisters Asfi and Uruusa would be a part of Salman Khan’s show. Asfi denies the news of her participation in Bigg Boss 18.

According to a report in News18 Showsha, Uruusa is expected to be part of Bigg Boss 18. If reports are to be believed, things are yet to be finalised, and Uruusa is in the last stage of talks with the makers. If Uruusa enters the house, she will entertain her fans with her drama. In Follow Kar Lo Yaar, Uruusa impressed all with her boldness and unapologetic behaviour. Uruusa is the eldest of the five Javed siblings and has a huge fan following on social media. Meanwhile, Nia Sharma has been confirmed as the first contestant of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 18. In addition to Shilpa Shirodkar, Shehzada Dhami, Karam Rajpal, Shoaib Ibrahim, Rithvik Dhanjani, Deb Chandrima Singha Roy, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Chaahat Pandey, Padmini Kolhapure, Karanveer Mehra, Nia Sharma, Nyrraa Banerji, Avinash Mishra will appear in Bigg Boss 18. The show will premiere on October 6.
