Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun admits he was 'jobless' after first film, here's who came to his rescue

Allu Arjun has made the character iconic. Currently, the actor is on his toes promoting the upcoming film Pushpa 2: The Rule. At a recent event, Allu Arjun made a big statement about his initial days of work.
Allu Arjun's big confession
Allu Arjun marked his acting debut with movie Gangotri in 2003. It was a romantic drama revolving around a girl who falls in love with a servant. The movie was a hit but Allu Arjun admitted that he did not get any offers after the film. At an event, Allu Arjun was quoted saying, "I made my debut as a lead actor with Raghavendra Rao garu’s Gangotri. He delivered a superhit, but I didn’t deliver as an actor. No one came to work with me after the release of the film. Then, a debut filmmaker came up to me and offered Arya. There has been no looking back since then." The quote has gone viral in entertainment news.
Pushpa is Sukumar's vision. Pushpa 2: The Rule is going to release on December 5. Allu Arjun can only heap praises on the filmmaker. At the event, Allu Arjun appreciated Sukumar's dedication and hard work by saying that instead of chilling at the event, the filmmaker is busy with the post production work. He said that if he has to name one person who has had impact on his life then it would be Sukumar.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is one of the highly-anticipated films. The trailer has already given hopes to fans that it will be a blockbuster hit. The cast of the film includes Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, and many more. Sreeleela has an item number in the film. The song titled Kissik is already out now. A lot of comparisons were drawn though and many felt that the song was nothing compared to Samantha Ruth Prabhu's Oo Antava.
