If reports are to be believed then, Tanvi Hegde who was seen in Son Pari will be seen playing the lead role post-leap in Anupamaa.

As per a report in Indiaforums, Manish Naggdev will play the role of Toshu in Anupamaa. Yes, you read that right! The actor has gained popularity with Banoo Main Teri Dulhan, Begusarai, Madhubala, Udaan, Pavitra Rishta, Geet, and more shows. Post the leap, Anupamaa will witness high drama. In the current episode of Anupamaa, Anuj departs for Mumbai on a business trip while the Shah members and others start with wedding preparations. Anupamaa gets emotional as she tells Anuj that everything is ready for their wedding. Inside the house, children play near the havan and a wooden stick catches fire. Amid all the chaos, Anupamaa realizes that Aadhya is trapped. She tries her level best to rescue Aadhya, but the flames grows and her life is at risk now.

As per Telly Chakkar, Udaariyaan actress Alisha Parveen has been approached for the show. She has been a part of shows like Gathbandhan, Qurbaan Hua, Muskurane Ki Wajah Tum Ho and more. There is no confirmation on the same as of now. Sudhanshu Pandey and Madalsa Sharma left the show.
