Alia Bhatt reveals she has no 'me time' after Raha Kapoor's birth, 'Haven't had therapy session in the past 2 months'

In an interview, the Darlings star revealed that she tries to manage her role as an actress and mother effectively, but it isn't easy. Even though she tries to get out some personal time, ever since Alia became a parent, there is no such thing as 'me time' in her life.

Alia Bhatt told Allure Magazine that motherhood and working together have kept us so occupied that she has not had a therapy session for the past two months. In the same interview, the Dear Zindagi actress called Raha naughty, chatty, and sometimes shy. "She’s truly her own person, but she’s very bright."

Alia also shared an advice her parents gave her: "Children come through you. They’re yours; you are a catalyst; you are a source for their life, but their life is not yours. Their life is theirs, and you just need to give them the tools to deal with their life."
