Govinda Health Update: Sunita Ahuja shares this big news on the actor's discharge

Govinda was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after he accidentally shot himself. His wife, Sunita Ahuja, has shared a big update.

Actor Govinda accidentally shot himself on October 1, 2024, at 4:45 am. The bullet from his revolver hit in his leg. The actor was reportedly cleaning his gun. After the accident, the actor was admitted to the CritiCare Asia Hospital. Ever since the news came out, several stars went to the hospital to meet the actor there.

Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja, has shared big news on the actor's discharge from the hospital. As reported by News 18 Showsha, Sunita Ahuja gave an update on her husband's health condition. She said, "Sir ek dam badhiya hai, kal discharge hone vale hain sir, tabiyat ek dum first class, ab kal 12 ya 1 baje sir ko yahan se discharge kar ke ghar le ke jayenge. (Sir is doing quite well. He will be getting discharged soon. Tomorrow, around 12 or 1 he will be discharged and taken home)." Mrs Ahuja also said, "Pehla navratra mein aaj saab ka dressing bhi change ho gaye."

As per the reports, the Juhu Police is investigating the case. Govinda stated that he was cleaning the gun and it misfired. The actor told the cops that his gun was 20 years old and even the sources revealed that there was no foul play involved. However, the cops are not convinced by the actor's revelation. They will be calling in the Coolie No 1 star again to give statements.

On the work front, Govinda was last seen in the movie Rangeela Raja. Directed by Pahlaj Nihalani, the comedy film, Netrikan, which stars Rajinikanth in the lead role. The film was a flop at the box office. After Nihalani's comedy drama, the actor has not signed any movie. Recently, Sunita revealed that she was approached for Bigg Boss several times. The star wife expressed her displeasure with the makers expecting her to participate in the reality show. Sunita revealed that even their daughter Tina was offered the show.
