Model Emily Ratajkowski and French film director Romain Gavras were spotted enjoying a vacation in Rome with Emily’s son, Sylvester Apollo Bear.

The two were first photographed kissing in New York in November 2025, and Ratajkowski confirmed the relationship on Instagram in February 2026 with a caption-less carousel. They’ve kept appearing together since, from Paris Fashion Week in March to her August vacation posts.

Gavras, 45, is the French filmmaker behind Athena and music videos for M.I.A. and Jay-Z and Kanye West, and the son of director Costa-Gavras. He previously dated Rita Ora and Dua Lipa.

Ratajkowski, 35, shares Sylvester with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, whom she split from in 2022. Both being parents, her a young son, him a teenage daughter, has been noted as common ground for the pair.
