Brielle Biermann’s Resurfaced Remarks About KJ Biermann Raise Eyebrows

Looking back, the timing is hard to ignore.
In September 2025, on the Heir Time podcast, Brielle Biermann talked about her teenage brother with the kind of amused exasperation older sisters are known for. “KJ is 14 going into high school and he is fast, okay?” she said, painting a picture of a kid already chasing girls and sneaking out after everyone went to sleep.
One story she told involved him quietly burning through her Lyft account to fund late-night escapes their mother knew nothing about. “He calls me every other night, ‘Brielle. It’s 10:30. Mom doesn’t know I’m out. Can you get me a Lyft?'” Brielle recalled, adding with a laugh, “Oh, I hope I don’t get KJ in trouble.”
It read as a candid sister moment at the time. A year later, it lands completely differently.
KJ Biermann was arrested on August 17 for alleged sexual battery of a minor and held at Georgia’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. His bond hearing came on September 11, with Kim Zolciak and Brielle both present to support him. He made bond and will remain in the care of his mother, who is unemployed and available to supervise him, ahead of his arraignment on October 14.

The hearing also surfaced a detail kept quiet until now: KJ had been under court supervision since October 2025, roughly one month after Brielle’s podcast recording.
His phone has since been seized as evidence, and people are now revisiting that clip and asking whether the Lyft and Zelle records from those late nights could eventually be subpoenaed.
