Colin Kaepernick has a theory about why Jay-Z keeps bringing him up: guilt.

Jay-Z put Kaepernick’s name in a Yankee Stadium freestyle back in July. Two months later, Kaepernick says the reason Jay keeps circling back to him is simple.
