Ivanka Trump Trains Jiu-Jitsu With Gisele Bündchen’s Husband, but the 2 Women Keep Their Friendship Off Instagram

The two women are neighbors in the same tight Miami circle, and they share the same jiu-jitsu family. Gisele bought in the Surfside area after her 2022 divorce from Tom Brady, near Indian Creek Village, the “Billionaire Bunker” where Ivanka and Jared Kushner live.

The glue is jiu-jitsu. Ivanka and her children train at Valente Brothers, the North Miami Beach academy run by Joaquim Valente and his brothers. Valente is Gisele’s partner and, as of December 2025, her husband. Ivanka has said her daughter Arabella got her into the sport, and by March 2025 she was posting a blue-belt video from the academy.

Their friendship became publicly visible in 2025 through shared training, vacations, and boat days. In April 2025, paparazzi caught Ivanka, Gisele, and Karlie Kloss on a Costa Rica beach with family.

That September, Ivanka was photographed on Gisele’s Brazilian-made Schaefer V44 yacht, reported in the $1.2 to $1.5 million range, with Gisele, Joaquim, and Gisele’s daughter Vivian.

Gisele had previously signaled she didn’t support Trump, and Ivanka stepped back from formal political roles after 2021. People close to the group have described the friendship as personal rather than ideological: wellness, kids, Miami life, and Costa Rica nature trips. Neither woman has posted the outings on IG.
