Ariana Biermann is not mincing words about her co-star Charlie Zakkour. According to Biermann, Zakkour worked hard to use her faith “to his advantage” — a move she called “the lowest blow of anything you could do.”

The accusation caps off a storyline that unfolded across the latest season of Next Gen NYC. The season finale showed Ariana kissing Charlie after she had stepped back from her romance with Liam Obergfoll. She and Charlie then went to her bedroom, though the two never officially became a couple.

Whatever spark existed didn’t last. Months later, Ariana said in a confessional, “I want nothing to do with that horrible human being.” Viewers will get to see the fallout play out in full when the two-part Next Gen NYC reunion premieres September 16 at 9:15 p.m. ET on NBC, with uncensored episodes arriving on Peacock the next day.

She has made it clear she plans to come out swinging. “I can’t wait to f**king eat him up, chew him up, and spit him the f**k out of this reunion,” she said.

So how did Charlie supposedly manipulate Ariana with Jesus? She says he told her his ideal woman was Christian, then got an “Only God can judge me” tattoo just a few weeks later. Ariana, meanwhile, came to believe she might have been called to “save” him.
