Apple TV has unveiled the official trailer for Nocturne, a gripping 10-episode crime drama series starring Liev Schreiber, Zazie Beetz, and Stephen Graham. Adapted from Lars Kepler’s internationally bestselling Joona Linna novel series, the psychological thriller is created for television by BAFTA Award winner Rowan Joffé and co-showrun alongside John Hlavin.

The narrative centers on Jonah Lynn (Schreiber), an ex-soldier turned homicide detective who leaves behind the rough streets of Philadelphia for a quieter life in a small Western Pennsylvania town. His search for peace is disrupted when a cunning serial killer named Jurek Walter (Graham) targets the local community and Lynn’s family. In a desperate effort to locate Walter’s final missing victim, Lynn sends his surrogate daughter, FBI Agent Saga Bauer (Beetz), into a high-stakes showdown against the killer.

The series features an ensemble cast including Bill Camp, Rory Culkin, Chrissy Metz, Poorna Jagannathan, and Gary Carr. Directed in its opening episodes by Emmy Award winner Tim Van Patten, the project is produced by A+E Studios in association with Range Studios, with Schreiber, Beetz, Joffé, Hlavin, and author duo Lars Kepler (Alexandra Coelho Ahndoril and Alexander Ahndoril) serving as executive producers.

Nocturne premieres globally on Friday, October 30, 2026, on Apple TV with its first two episodes, followed by weekly releases every Friday through December 25.
