Hip-hop pioneer LL Cool J and MGM Resorts have officially announced Rock the Bells: The Residency, an 11-date live concert engagement heading to Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas. The multi-generational production is scheduled to stage across select dates in May and July 2027, uniting historic hits, immersive storytelling, and special guest performers on a single stage.

The residency is scheduled across two separate runs, kicking off with an opening five-night stretch on May 15, 16, 19, 21, and 22, before returning for a final six-show slate on July 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, and 17. All scheduled performances will begin at 8 p.m. Designed as an all-star tribute to the global influence of hip-hop culture, the production will feature artists across generations and genres sharing the stage.

“Hip-Hop started in a few neighborhoods in New York, and now it belongs to the whole world,” shared LL Cool J in an official statement. “Along the way it changed rock, R&B, pop, soul, dance music, all of it. Rock The Bells celebrates everybody who was part of that story. This isn’t me doing a show in Vegas. It’s all of us. Artists from different generations and different genres, sharing one stage, for fans who were there at the beginning and kids hearing it for the first time.” Chris Baldizan, MGM Resorts’ Executive Vice President of Entertainment, added that the collaboration marks a high-energy addition to Park MGM’s roster.

Citi and AAdvantage cardholder presales begin on October 30 at 10 a.m. PT, followed by MGM Rewards, Live Nation, and Ticketmaster presales on October 31 at 10 a.m. PT, with general ticket sales opening November 2 at 10 a.m. PT.
