Fans of Wicked: For Good can now pre-order the hit movie musical online.
Though the sequel to the 2024 Oscar-nominated hit is still playing in theaters, Amazon has a listing on its site to pre-order Wicked: For Good on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. Shoppers can reserve a physical copy of Wicked: For Good now to have it shipped to them on release day. Worth noting: Amazon is currently showing a placeholder release date of Dec. 31, 2026 though the actual Wicked: For Good Blu-ray release date is expected to be much earlier next year.

The first Wicked movie was released in theaters in November of 2024, with the film hitting VOD (video on demand) platforms just over a month later; Wicked (2024) arrived on Blu-ray in February.
If Universal Pictures follows a similar timeline for the sequel, expect Wicked: For Good to hit VOD services in the next few weeks, followed by a physical release before spring.

Wicked: For Good debuted at number one at the box office when it opened in November. Based on the original Broadway musical, the cinematic-turned-cultural phenomenon reunites Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (Ariana Grande) as their friendship is tested over Elphaba’s transformation into “The Wicked Witch of the West,” while Glinda struggles to defend The Wizard.
Both actors were nominated for a 2026 Golden Globe Award for their work on the Wicked sequel, following Oscar nods for both Erivo and Grande at last year’s Academy Awards ceremony.
