What time do you get up in the morning? What time do you have your first cup of coffee?

My routine is to wake up at 6.15am. First thing, I like to read the Australian newspapers, but also I have a global role, so I tap into a few global papers to see what’s happening. I try to avoid emails, because once I start reading emails, the workday has started, and I get distracted. So I avoid emails until I get to work, if I can. I spend about half an hour reading the papers.
