Twice a week, Jeremy Liddle sticks on a skin-tight top and leggings and jumps in his infrared sauna. After about 25 minutes, he gets out of the hot box and sticks on a wet, whole-body suit with 26 electrodes attached to all major muscle groups.

“In this instance, you want to be drenched because it actually gets you a significantly better workout,” the 44-year-old PR executive says.
