We sit down with a business leader to talk morning routine, productivity tips and getting ahead. This week, we speak to Alex Zaika, local boss at Global X EFTs, which manages more than 100 exchange-traded funds globally, including 45 listed on the ASX.

What’s your morning routine like?
I get into the garage and get on the bike – a Peloton. I like [the instructor] Cody. He’s hilarious. But really I just press the first one. I do that for about half an hour. Exercise is my personal time and my thinking.
